1.Acceptance of terms
Welcome to PoseUp! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PoseUp mobile application, the website at poseup.live, and all related services (together, the "Service"), operated by PoseUp ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2.Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use PoseUp. If you are between 13 and 18, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Purchasing PoseCoins and cashing out creator earnings require you to be 18 years or older.
3.Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens on your account.
- Provide accurate, current information when registering, and keep it updated.
- One person, one account. Do not create accounts on behalf of others or use another person's account without permission.
- Notify us immediately at support@poseup.live if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
- You can delete your account at any time from the app or via our account deletion page.
4.Your content
You retain ownership of the photos, videos, live streams, captions, and other content you create on PoseUp ("Your Content"). By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute Your Content solely for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Service.
Group captures and shared moment albums are visible to all participants of the live room in which they were created. By joining a live room, you consent to appearing in captures taken in that room.
5.Community conduct
PoseUp is a stage for joy. The following is not allowed anywhere on the Service:
- Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or threats against any person or group.
- Nudity, sexually explicit material, or content that sexualises minors in any way.
- Violence, self-harm content, or the promotion of dangerous activities.
- Spam, scams, impersonation, or misleading content.
- Infringing the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service.
We moderate actively. Content or accounts that break these rules may be removed or suspended without notice. Repeated or severe violations lead to permanent bans and forfeiture of coin balances.
6.PoseCoins, gifts & payments
- PoseCoins are a virtual currency usable only within the Service. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or sold outside the app.
- Coin purchases are processed by our payment partners and are generally final and non-refundable, except where required by law or covered by our Refund Policy.
- Gifts sent during live rooms are voluntary and cannot be reversed once delivered.
- Unused coins may expire if your account is deleted or remains inactive for more than 24 months.
- Coin prices may change at any time; changes will not affect coins you have already purchased.
7.Creator earnings
Eligible creators may convert received gifts into withdrawable earnings, subject to our payout schedule, minimum withdrawal thresholds, identity verification (KYC), and applicable taxes. We may withhold or reverse earnings obtained through fraud, fake engagement, or violations of these Terms.
8.Intellectual property
The PoseUp name, logo, app design, and all software underlying the Service are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding without prior written permission.
9.Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or where required by law. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as content licences for past content, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.
10.Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PoseUp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
11.Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email before the changes take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
